Who we are
MYLALI LLC (“MYLALI”, “we”, “us”) is a technology and business consulting firm registered in the State of New York, United States. This policy explains what we do with personal information in three separate contexts: this website, direct correspondence with us, and work we perform for clients.
For any question about this policy, or to make a request about your own information, email [email protected].
This website
We do not collect personal information through mylalillc.com. Specifically:
- No cookies. The site sets no cookies of any kind, so there is no consent banner to click.
- No analytics or tracking. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording, and no third-party tracking script.
- No forms and no accounts. There is nothing to submit and nothing to sign up for. Contacting us means sending an email from your own mail client.
- No embedded third-party content. All fonts, styles, and images are served from this domain, so loading a page does not report your visit to anyone else.
Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., processes standard server request data in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This can include your IP address, the page requested, your browser user-agent, and a timestamp. We do not use this data to build profiles, and we do not combine it with anything else. It is handled under Vercel's own privacy terms.
When you email us
If you email [email protected], we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, your email address, your company, and a description of what you need. We use it only to reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to run the engagement.
We keep business correspondence for as long as it is commercially useful and as long as tax and contract record-keeping requires. Inquiries that do not become projects are deleted on request, and otherwise within a reasonable period. We do not add anyone to a marketing list from an inbound email, and we do not send newsletters.
Client engagements
During a project we are often given access to systems and data that belong to our client, which may include personal information about that client's own customers, staff, or users. In that situation the client is the controller of that data and we act on their instructions as a service provider.
- We access only what the work requires, and only for as long as the work requires it.
- We do not use client data to train models, to build our own products, or for any purpose other than the engagement.
- Credentials are held in the client's own accounts wherever possible, and access is removed at the end of the engagement.
- Where a client needs a data processing agreement, we will sign one.
If you are the customer or user of one of our clients and want to know how your information is handled, the client's own privacy policy governs it — contact them first, and we will support any request they pass to us.
Apps we publish
Applications published under the MYLALI LLC developer account are covered by their own privacy policy, which is linked from the app's App Store listing and from within the app itself. Each app's listing also carries Apple's privacy disclosures describing exactly what that app collects.
Where an app collects nothing, its policy says so. This site-level policy does not override an app-specific one.
Service providers
We keep the list of companies that can touch our data short. Currently it consists of our website host (Vercel Inc.), our email and document provider, and, where a client engagement requires it, cloud infrastructure operating under that client's own accounts. We do not share personal information with anyone else except where the law requires it.
Selling and sharing
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are used under California law. We have never done so.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to receive a copy of it, and not to be discriminated against for asking. This includes residents of California under the CCPA/CPRA and individuals in the EU and UK under the GDPR.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within the period the applicable law allows. Because we hold very little data, most requests are quick to answer. If your request concerns data we hold on a client's behalf, we will forward it to that client and assist them in responding.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If an app we publish is directed at children, that is disclosed in the app's own policy and App Store listing.
International transfers
We operate from the United States, and information you send us is processed there. If you contact us from outside the US, you are sending your information to the US.
Security
We use multi-factor authentication on our accounts, encrypted storage and transport, and least-privilege access to client systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise; if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting people we hold data about will also be communicated directly where we have a way to reach them.
