MYLALI LLC exists because the gap between “we know what we want” and “it's live and people use it” is where most projects die. We work in that gap — close to the decision, close to the code.
What we believe
Consulting has a reputation problem, and it's earned. Big decks, long timelines, junior staff on the actual work, and a handover that leaves the client dependent on the firm that built it. We built MYLALI to work the other way around.
That means small engagements with a written scope, senior people doing the building, and a hard commitment that you own everything at the end — repositories, cloud accounts, domains, and the documentation to operate them without us.
It also means telling clients when software isn't the answer. A surprising share of the problems we're asked to solve are better handled by a process change or an off-the-shelf tool. That conversation costs us a project and earns a relationship.

If off-the-shelf software solves your problem for a fraction of the cost, we'll tell you that instead of building it.
